Coral Canyon

The Coral Canyon subdivision is located between Washington and Hurricane, Utah. Coral Canyon is a nice community, nestled far enough away from the main drags in town to be quiet and secluded, but close enough for very easy access to Washington, St. George, or Hurricane and Zion National Park. Coral Canyon is a rather large development, with a golf course and office space, CC&Rs to keep the neighborhoods beautiful, and excellent community amenities. The HOA dues are very reasonable, and offer entry into the clubhouse, where owners and their guests can enjoy an indoor pool, an outdoor pool and lounge area, as well as a fitness room and yoga room. In fact, you'd likely pay more for HOA dues in any other neighborhood, AND have to pay for a separate gym membership. This way it's all one quarterly bill, and you get to get to know your neighbors while working out or relaxing. Homes range from modest patio homes (around 1,000 square feet) to 7,000 square foot grand estates right along the green. Coral Canyon is an excellent community for second and primary homeowners alike.
